Valet Capital Terms & Conditions
Valet Capital is a mobile service provider that brings our services to your workplace or doorstep. We require access to a safe and functioning power source through an extension lead. For the safety of our staff and vehicles, as well as insurance compliance, Valet Capital will not initiate work on any vehicle located on a main road, heavily used road, or in small and tight roadways. We are also unable to operate in pay and display car parks.
If your home address or the chosen work location falls under any of the mentioned conditions, please contact us before making a booking. With 4+ years of industry experience, we always have contingency plans in place and are committed to finding solutions.
All confirmed bookings require a deposit. The booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Deposits are to be made directly to Valet Capital via bank transfer. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The specific deposit amount may vary depending on the location, package, or scope of work.
Within 48 hours of making a booking, Valet Capital can accommodate requests to alter the booking to another nominated person, provided that the new location meets all other terms and conditions.
Valet Capital cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of traffic, acts of God, or actions by third parties. If Valet Capital needs to cancel or reschedule your booking due to an unforeseen incident, we will do so within 14 days of the original booking date. If not, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
Please be aware that additional charges will apply if the vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood. We recommend sending a few selected pictures before booking if any of the mentioned conditions apply so that we can provide a fair estimate. Otherwise, the price will be negotiated on the day before commencing any work.
By making a booking with Valet Capital, you agree to these terms and conditions, which constitute our terms of business. Any bookings affected by the conditions mentioned above may result in full booking charges being applied. In such cases, an invoice will be sent to the provided address and email, and failure to pay may result in legal action. We take missed bookings seriously as they represent a missed wage, and we will not bear the loss of time or pay under any circumstances.
