Valet Capital – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Location Requirements
Valet Capital is a mobile service provider operating at customers’ workplaces or homes. A safe and functioning power source, accessible via an extension lead, is required.
For safety, insurance, and operational reasons, Valet Capital will not commence work on vehicles located on:

  • Main roads

  • Heavily used roads

  • Narrow or tight roadways

  • Pay-and-display car parks

If the chosen location falls under any of the above conditions, contact Valet Capital before making a booking.

2. Bookings and Deposits

  • All bookings require a deposit, payable via bank transfer to Valet Capital.

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Deposit amounts vary depending on location, package, or scope of work.

3. Booking Changes

  • Within 48 hours of making a booking, it may be transferred to another nominated person, provided the new location meets these Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit but no further charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will be charged in full.

  • Failure to be present at the scheduled location, or failure to provide safe and suitable conditions as per section 1, will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged in full.

5. Valet Capital Cancellations
Valet Capital cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, including traffic delays, weather conditions, acts of God, or actions by third parties. In the event that Valet Capital must cancel or reschedule, this will be done within 14 days of the original booking date or a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

6. Additional Charges
Additional fees apply for interiors heavily soiled with:

  • Mud

  • Pet hair

  • Mould

  • Vomit

  • Blood

Customers are encouraged to send images prior to booking if any of these conditions apply so that an accurate quote can be given. If not disclosed in advance, additional charges will be discussed and agreed before work begins.

7. Agreement to Terms
By making a booking with Valet Capital, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A tick-box confirmation will be required at the booking stage to confirm your agreement.
Failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions may result in full booking charges being applied, with invoices sent to the address and email provided. Unpaid invoices may be subject to legal action.
